Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon
Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets (about 150–200g each)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley or sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Prepare the marinade:
In a small bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and olive oil. - Marinate the salmon:
Place the salmon fillets in a dish or ziplock bag. Pour the marinade over the salmon. Let it marinate for at least 15–30 minutes (optional but recommended). - Cook the salmon:
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add a little oil. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down (if they have skin). Cook for about 4–5 minutes. - Glaze and flip:
Flip the salmon carefully and pour the remaining marinade into the pan. Let it cook for another 3–4 minutes until the sauce thickens and the salmon is cooked through. - Serve:
Remove from heat. Garnish with fresh parsley or sesame seeds if desired. Serve with rice, vegetables, or salad.
