Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon

Spread the love

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets (about 150–200g each)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley or sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the marinade:
In a small bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  2. Marinate the salmon:
Place the salmon fillets in a dish or ziplock bag. Pour the marinade over the salmon. Let it marinate for at least 15–30 minutes (optional but recommended).
  3. Cook the salmon:
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add a little oil. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down (if they have skin). Cook for about 4–5 minutes.
  4. Glaze and flip:
Flip the salmon carefully and pour the remaining marinade into the pan. Let it cook for another 3–4 minutes until the sauce thickens and the salmon is cooked through.
  5. Serve:
Remove from heat. Garnish with fresh parsley or sesame seeds if desired. Serve with rice, vegetables, or salad.
